Can anyone tell me who you contact if you see someone killing a swan. Please do not say phone the police as my brother-in-law who lives in Wisbeck, Cambridgeshire did this and was told they (police) could not do anything about it.
In that case I would contact your local RSPB warden who will be able to advise you.
