    I note common names have been removed, but latin names are extent. Does this mean bird species list above can still be removed by authorised persons at all times?

    Confused! Does the above list mean that anyone can now injure, damage etc the species listed? Need to stop teenagers going round with catapults maiming and injuring birds. Who do I contact?
